Summary: Tasbih Counter stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. The only third-party service is Google AdMob for advertisements.

Tasbih Counter ("we", "our", "the app", or "the application") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our digital tasbih (dhikr counter) mobile application.

By using Tasbih Counter, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

All of your personal data is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it. The locally stored data includes:

Dhikr counter values and history
Custom dhikr names and counts
Goals and trophies you create
Statistics and progress data
App settings and preferences (theme, language, sound, vibration)
Streak and achievement data

Important: This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Device identifiers (except as required by AdMob - see section 3)
Usage analytics or app behavior data
Location data (except for language detection - see section 2.3)
Contacts, photos, or other device data

2.3 Location Permission

The app requests location permission (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) solely to determine your country for automatic language selection. This permission is:

Optional: You can deny this permission and manually select your language
Not stored: Location data is not saved or transmitted
One-time use: Only used once during initial app setup

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner ads and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and process certain information as described in Google's Privacy Policy:

AdMob may collect:

The app provides export and import functionality:

Export: You can export your data to a JSON file stored on your device
Import: You can import previously exported data
Your control: These files remain under your complete control
Sharing: If you share exported files (e.g., via WhatsApp, email), you are responsible for the data

Important: Exported files are not encrypted. Do not share them with untrusted parties.

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

All data is stored locally using Android's secure SharedPreferences
No data transmission to external servers (except AdMob as described)
No user accounts or authentication required
No cloud storage or backup to our servers
